BiggerVegas is a six-day social gathering in Las Vegas for the Chubs, Chasers, and Bears of BiggerCity. It's produced by BiggerEvents, a primarily volunteer-run organization dedicated to bringing the gay Chub and Bear communities together through in-person events.

The first BiggerVegas was held in 2009, and it has returned every two to three years since. This 2027 event marks our 8th edition, featuring dance parties, pool parties, an open-bar lounge, social mixers, fun activities, and entertainment.

Almost everything is included in your event pass. Rather than paying separately for each party, drink, and activity, you get multiple days of programming, entertainment, and access covered up front.

Your pass includes:

  • Pool parties and exclusive pool access
  • 50+ hours of open-bar lounge with complimentary drinks
  • Private venue buyouts just for our guests
  • A welcome party, social mixers, and group activities
  • Select food experiences and transportation

The goal is simple: deliver great value, so you spend less time thinking about what costs extra and more time enjoying everything BiggerVegas has to offer.

BiggerVegas will take place during the week of June 16 - 21, 2027, at the Tuscany Suites & Casino in Las Vegas.

You'll need to purchase an event pass, and you must be 21 years of age or older by the first day of the event.

Staying at the host hotel is optional, though highly recommended, since most activities take place there.

Our host hotel is the Tuscany Suites & Casino in Las Vegas, where nearly all BiggerVegas activities take place. We reserve all 716 hotel rooms exclusively for the event, so staying there means no commute and being surrounded by fellow attendees the whole time.

Staying at the Tuscany isn't required, but we recommend it. Rooms do sell out, so book early. When the host hotel fills up, we'll announce several nearby overflow hotels you can choose from.

No. Some of our venues have limited capacity, and offering day passes would reduce the number of spots available to guests attending the full event. Our multi-day format also helps create a more connected experience, giving everyone more time and opportunities to meet, participate, and get to know each other.

If you want to secure your spot, we strongly recommend buying your event pass while you can. Once they sell out, additional passes are unlikely to become available.

We're currently finalizing activities and securing talent. We expect to share the first schedule in October.

Yes. You have to be at least 21 years old at the time of the event to attend.

Event passes and add-ons can be cancelled for a full refund within seven days of purchase. After seven days, a cancellation fee applies: $30 if your request includes an event pass, or $10 if you're only cancelling add-ons. The fee is charged once per request, so cancelling multiple items at the same time incurs a single fee. Event passes and add-ons must be cancelled by May 2, 2027, and purchases made after that date are non-refundable. To cancel event passes or add-ons, please contact us.

Hotel reservations can be cancelled for a full deposit refund up to May 2, 2027. After that date, a $60 cancellation fee applies and the rest of your deposit is refunded, but reservations can no longer be changed. Deposits become non-refundable 72 hours before your check-in time, or 3:00 PM PDT on June 13, 2027, whichever comes first. The $3.75 booking fee is non-refundable in all cases. Hotel cancellations can be requested directly from the Hotel Reservation page when you sign in.
