Important

• There will be shuttles leaving from the Tuscany starting at 6:30 pm, and running between the hotel and the water park throughout the evening.  The last shuttle will leave Cowabunga Bay at 11:20 pm and return to the Tuscany.
• Shuttles will be busy!  If you'd prefer to avoid the wait for a shuttle and travel on your own, you may drive yourself (parking will be free) or ride-share to the water park at your expense.
• Bring your event badge!  Badges will be scanned by our event staff prior to admittance to the park.  If you don't have your event badge with you, you will NOT be able to enter.
• There will be a bag check by Cowabunga Bay staff before entry.  Please see the park's FAQ for a list of prohibited items.
• Cowabunga Bay does NOT provide towels for its guests.  If you want to have a towel at the water park, you will either need to bring your own, or purchase one from Cowabunga Bay for approximately $20-$25. 

What you need to know...

• Cowabunga Bay is a cashless park - credit cards and mobile pay (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) are accepted.
• Lockers are available for rent on site.
• Appropriate swimwear is required at all times.  No clothing with rivets, buckles, belts or metal ornaments is allowed, as it may damage the rides.  Please refer to the park's FAQ for further dress code requirements.
• The cabanas are all reserved, but the loungers are first come, first served.
• Some of the rides do have height and weight limits.  Please check each attraction's information page for specific requirements. 
• No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the park, with the exception of sealed, bottled water.  Food and drinks will be available for purchase at various outlets in the park.
• There is a buffet for Royal Flush VIP pass holders and VIP cabana wristbands only.
• The VIP pool area (Caban-A-Rama) is limited to VIP cabana wristbands only.
