Event Packages
To attent and participate in the event or any of its activities, you MUST
purchase an event registration package. There will NOT be any day passes
available online or at the door. Please select from any of the packages shown below.
Package J: "Joker"
This is the most basic "no-frills" value package that will be offered. It includes
the following events and features:
NOTE: The two main events (the banquet dinners & entertainment) and other activities are
NOT included in this package and cannot be purchased separately.
Package J: "Joker's 26 SPECIAL"
This package is exactly the same as Package J above, with the exception that it is
price-discounted for guests who are 26 years of age or younger on the date the event
starts.
This special is exclusively offered as an incentive for the younger crowds (who
are traditionally not well represented at Convergences) to attend the event. It's discounted
price is right on budget for cash-consious students and young folk.
IMPORTANT: To qualify and purchase this package you must be 26 years old or younger
on September 3rd, 2009. You will be required to show a valid photo ID with your
date of birth. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of age during check in, you
will be charged the difference of the full priced Package J ($99) plus a $20 change fee.

The following optional excursions and special events are available for à la
carte purchase. Please note that some of these are already included with registration
packages above. But you can purchase items that are not included in your package,
or for your registered partner or friends.
Important: These à la carte items are ONLY available for purchase once
you register for the event (i.e., you MUST purchase
one of the registration packages above, before you can buy any of the à
la carte items below). Also, if you are purchasing an item for your partner or friend;
he must also have an event registration package as well. Anyone participating in
these activities must have a registration package (event badge).
