Visiting Las Vegas is Easy!

Las Vegas is well connected with large international airport, bus terminals and convenient access from Nevada and neighboring states.

Planning you transportation needs is as easy as searching for the best possible deals from your favorite provider. Best values are often available to those who book early. For the best possible experience consider arriving Thursday morning. You can often save money and avoid traffic by planning on leaving on Tuesday.

Flying

Las Vegas' McCarran International Airport (LAS) is serviced by all major airlines as well as several international, regional, and low cost carriers. The airport handles over one-thousand arriving and departing flights on a daily basis, with direct flights to and from over 125 cities in the US.

McCarran International Airport also services international flights from Europe, Asia, and Latin America which makes the event location an attractive proposition for international members of the community who wish to attend.

Some of the airlines that service Las Vegas' McCarran International Airport include:

US Airlines International Airlines

Bus

Las Vegas is connected with regular schedule services from most large cities in western United States. Many bus lines offer free parking at their terminals. For my information check the following Bus services:

Driving

From nearby states; Highway I-15 links Vegas with Salt Lake City (northeast) and Los Angles (via I-10) and San Diego (southwest). Highway 95 approaches from the bombed out desert northwest of town and from due south at I-40.

Getting Around Las Vegas

Once you arrive to Las Vegas, you'll need to find your way to the hotel. If you are driving yourself, the hotel is located at the address shown above. You can use Google Maps to get driving directions from your location to the hotel.

Taxis

If you fly to Las Vegas, you can get taxi service directly from the airport. Ask the taxi driver to take you to the Tuscany Suites and Casino hotel.

If you arrive by bus, taxi service is available at the Greyhound bus terminal, or any the drop-off hotels in the bus route.

HINT:

When taking a taxi from the airport, tell your driver to take you via the streets (towards Flamingo) and NOT via the highway.  Some taxi drivers will try to take you the long route via highway to charge you twice the fare. Your fare from the airport to the Tuscany should be just about $15 including the extra charge for airport pickup.

Rental Cars

At the airport; Car rental agency desks are situated in baggage claim, and courtesy vans shuttle you to the vehicle pick up area. Rental car companies include:

Avis Dollar Alamo
Budget Hertz Payless
Enterprise National Thrifty
