To check-in you will need your event badge and a proper government-issued photo ID. Your admission includes a towel and a locker (or coat check). For an additional fee (and subject to availability), you may also upgrade to a private room after checking-in at the facility.

We will have an event attendant available at the Entourage | Vegas to assist you with check-in. Towels will be provided, but if you prefer an extra large towel, we encourage you to bring your own.

Your ticket gives you access to both dates. Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel to Entourage | Vegas, starting 15 minutes before the excursion begings. The last bus will leave approximately 10 minutes after the scheduled end time for this excursion. Please note the bus will be a shuttle between Entourage | Vegas, other scheduled excursions, and the hotel.

There are few things in show entertainment as amazing as a Cirque du Soleil show, and the resident shows in Las Vegas are no exception.

KÀ by Cirque du Soleil is an unprecedented theatrical event. A masterpiece in storytelling, KÀ uses acrobatic performances, the thrills and action of martial arts techniques from all over the world, plus innovations in puppetry and multimedia to tell the epic tale of twins on a perilous journey to fulfill their shared destiny.

Please note that you must provide your own transportation to this excursion. Plan to arrive at the KÀ Theather at the MGM Grand no later than 9 pm for on-time seating. A taxi ride from the Tuscany will take approximately 15 minutes, while a ride from the Blue Moon may take up to 40 minutes with busy traffic.

Blue Moon Pool Party

A pool party like no other... Clothing-optional!

Don't miss the opportunity to participate. The Blue Moon Resort is the only Las Vegas hotel exclusively for gay men. The hotel features a private pool area, ten man Jacuzzi, grotto with a ten-foot waterfall and sundeck. Towels are kindly provided to all guests. Also available is a 200 square foot steam room, shower room, video lounge and an Internet lounge.

We will start transporting our guests at 3pm from the Tuscany Suites hotel to the Blue Moon; there will be continuous shuttle service running between the two locations with the final return to the Tuscany at 9pm. We will have a secured check-in room to store your belongings while you enjoy and partake in the pool, grill-out and facilities.

Barbecue / Grill Out will occur from 6pm to 8pm with a cash bar available the entire time. The food menu will be hamburgers, brats, chicken breasts, coleslaw and assorted condiments.¹

Hoover Dam Tour

See one of the finest engineering contributions to the United States!

Viewing this magnificent, massive man made structure creates a respect for man's accomplishments. The strong desire to harness nature's power drove the human mind and body to build a dam in the hottest, driest area of the United States.

This tour to the Hoover Dam is by bus and offers opportunities to see, photograph and walk the top of the dam. You can also view a film on the making of the Hoover Dam, which will give you insight in this great wonder.

The excursion starts at 9:30 am, picking up participants at the Tuscany Suites hotel and arriving at Hoover Dam / Lake Mead within thirty minutes. It follows with the film about Hoover Dam, then walk and photo opportunities. After which we will reload the bus and head to the local casino attraction and eat at the casino’s buffet. The excursion will wrap up around 1pm and arrive back at the Tuscany Suites hotel around 2:30 pm to 3:00 pm.

Fremont Street Experience

Vintage Vegas and a Light and Sound show like no other!

Fremont Street (named after the U.S. army officer and early Western explorer John Fremont, who first mapped the Las Vegas area) is the best place to get a whiff of vintage Vegas. That is, the way it used to be before mega-resorts swallowed up the Strip.

Experience Viva Vision; a state of the art light and animation overhead display canopy that extends the length of more than five football fields. Once the Vegas sun sets, you can peer upward and experience more than 12.5 million synchronized LED modules offering crisp animated images and astounding special effects. All with a lively and entertaining sound track fed through a massive sound system.

We will be transporting participating guests at 9pm. Guests will be picked up at the Tuscany Suites hotel and arrive to the Fremont Experience shortly thereafter. The excursion will wrap up at 1am when guests will be picked up and return from the Fremont Experience to the Tuscany Suites hotel.
