Welcome Party!
We will kick start the weekend with the "Welcome Party"
at FreeZone; Las Vegas' premier alternative nightclub.
The Welcome Party features a beer/soda bust with complimentary appetizers served from 6pm to
8pm. The appetizers will include pizza, chicken wings, and onion rings.1 You also
have
the option to purchase additional food items from their
food menu.
Expect
an evening filled with entertainment and music. Starting at 8pm a Wet T-shirt contest
designed for our guests to partake for a chance to win some great prizes. Then at
9pm, Go-Go dancers of all sizes will entertain the crowds. Finally, at 10pm, the
Queens of Las Vegas will entertain and be available for pictures.
Special Guests
We have two Go-Go dancers for the welcome party; Dean, a Playgirl model, and also adult-film star Aaron Mark.

Transportation from the Tuscany Suites hotel to FreeZone will be provided by the
event and will start from 6pm. There will be continuous shuttle service running
between the two locations with the final return to the hotel at 12am.1
The FreeZone is a 21+ only venue. Unfortunately; if you are under the age of 21,
you will not be allowed to attend this event per Nevada law.

BiggerVegas Banquet
Go big, go BiggerVegas!
Join BiggerCity.com, our presenting sponsor, in celebrating their 10th anniversary
during this fun Saturday night event. Step into vintage Vegas, with all the swagger
and glitz of Vegas gone by. Our Mistress of Ceremony for the evening will be Shannel.
The dinner buffet will feature carving stations with servings of a wide variety of
meats, salads, pastas, vegetables and desserts. Coffee, tea and water will also
be provided, with a cash bar available for a variety of drink choices.
After everyone is seated, we will start calling tables to the banquet lines. Towards
the end of the meal, our headliner Michele Balan will take the stage for an hour
of post-dinner comedy entertainment. We will then end the night with the Saturday
Dance Party with DJ Hazmat.
There is no dress code for this banquet, but we suggest smart casual attire. If you’d
like to dress-to-impress with an attire fit for the night’s vintage Vegas theme,
that’s cool too! All banquet spaces are air-conditioned for your comfort.
Special Guests
Michele Balan is in the house! We're proud to
announce that comedian Michele Balan will be our entertainer for Saturday's "BiggerVegas"
Banquet! She was one of the four finalists on NBC's Last Comic Standing, and was
voted one of the "Top 10 Comics" by Backstage Magazine in 2004. Michele is a brash,
New York stand-up comedian who has performed on Comedy Central as well as in top
comedy clubs, theaters, festivals, and on cruises all over the country. For a taste

We are very excited that she will appear as our headliner during the Saturday banquet.

Mistress of Ceremony for the Banquets will be Las Vegas' own Shannel. Shannel
was a favorite contestant in RuPaul's Drag Race reality TV show, which recently
aired on Logo. She is a beautiful and talented Vegas entertainer and we look

ABC Banquet
The 1st Annual Chubby Awards!
It’s a red carpet event! Walk into a big world of glamour and fame and get your photo
taken on the media wall. The clubs of ABC are throwing an “Oscars” theme formal
night to celebrate the community.
In this banquet we will present news about the upcoming Convergence 2010 in Orlando,
and updates from the various member clubs of ABC. We will follow with the main attraction
of the night:
The Mr. BiggerVegas Chub and Chaser 2009 Contest!
If you are interested in participating in this contest, please come see us at the
registration desk for an application form. Limited number of spots will be available.
In the event applications go beyond this limit, the allowed number of participants will
be selected at random.
Our menu for the night includes: Tossed green salad, old fashion potato salad, and
greek salad. Herb crusted pork loin, beef enchiladas, and chicken tuscany with be
served with sautéed squash & zucchini and broccoli. Potatoes au gratin and double
packed potatoes for sides. For dessert, black forest cake, carrot cake, NY cheese
cake with fruit topping, and snickers cheese cake.
Dress code; formal wear is encouraged (slacks, jackets and/or ties). However, everyone
is welcome to attend as they wish. So if you prefer shorts and T-shirt; no problem!
All banquet spaces are air-conditioned for your comfort.
Please note that the buffet will be open between 6:15 pm to 7:45 pm, but we kindly
ask you to arrive promptly at 5:50pm for quick seating.

The Chub & Chaser Dance is being held on Saturday evening starting right after the dinner buffet.
Our special guest is DJ Hazmat, a long time community member and favorite chaser
from Long Beach California.
The Dance Party will be open to all registered guests with an event badge (Packages A, B, C, or J).

Chubaokie!
Join John, our official event photographer and videographer, as we make some cool
video clips for the banquets! This is your opportunity to lip-sync to some favorite
tunes. Grab your friends, pal around, and strut your stuff. Don’t be shy! What a
better way to show your fun side to the community! The video clips will be edited
and presented during the banquets. Everyone is welcomed to participate!

Texas Hold'em Tournament
Bring your best poker face!
This excursion is just around the corner; The Tuscany's own Casino. We will be hosting
a Texas Hold'em tournament there, which will be open only to registered
event guests.
- The current payout is over USD $1,000 for the tournament champion!
- Each player will receive $2,000 in tournament chips.
- Game will be played in 15 minute rounds. Breaks after 3 rounds.

Pool Parties!
Pool full 'o Chubs... Oh My!
There are two private pool parties scheduled for the event. The pool parties will
take place at the Tuscany's main pool after the pool closes to regular hotel guests. The pools will be opened exclusively to event participants from 10pm until
1am.
The pool is located outside the main building of the Tuscany Resort and Casino. Towels
will be provided, and your personal event identification badge will be required
to enter the pool area. The pool area is an outdoor pool, with a spacious seating
area and a decorative landscape that creates a semi-private feeling.
Date 1: Friday September 4th 10pm ~ 1am
Date 2: Sunday September 6th, 10pm ~ 1am
IMPORTANT:
Pool parties have a capacity limit per hotel rules. They are first-come first-in
until max capacity is reached.
IMPORTANT:
The pool parties are included with all event packages when the guests also have a
Tuscany Suites hotel reservation. But due to hotel policy; If you are not
staying at the Tuscany Suites hotel, you must purchase pool party tickets
separately if you plan to participate. As a special offer, Nevada residents are
excempt from this requirement. Ticket price for non-Tuscany guests: $20 for each pool party.

Monday's Farewell Breakfast Buffet
Monday's breakfast buffet is an optional special event.
For those leaving on Monday this will be a good opportunity have a hearty breakfast,
catch up with the
friends you've made and say goodbye.
The breakfast will start at 8:30am and run until 10am in the Florentine
C room. A wide variety of breakfast options will be available for your choosing.

Singles Meet and Greet
Traveling alone? Don't miss the chance make new friends!
We're inviting all the single chubs, chasers, and bears registered guests to come
meet one another at this cocktail social. Featuring a relaxed atmosphere for
socializing and light snacks and refreshments. A cash bar will be also available.
This event is a great way to break the ice and start meeting other singles who are
also looking to have a great time during the event.

An exclusive for our Package C “VIP” attendees!

Hospitality Suite
Come in and socialize!
We will be offering our guests a hospitality suite available every day throughout
the event. All registered guests are welcome to visit, hang out, and mingle with
other event guests here.
Relax in the BiggerCity ultra lounge. The space includes TV and gaming systems, with
different types of seating arrangements. Free WiFi will be available as well, courtesy
of BiggerCity.com and the Tuscany.
We will be proudly serving Graffiti Energy Drink, our official drink sponsor of the
event. A variety of complimentary drinks and refreshments will be also available,
including beer, sodas, water and a selection of sprits. All drinks are complimentary (i.e., free alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages).
Please note that because of Nevada law and our event contract; No food or snacks
can be provided by the event organizers at the hospitality suite. Attendees are
allowed to bring in food and snacks purchased at the Tuscany. But due to local health
codes regulating conference space, we are requested to kindly ask that you do not
share any food items you bring in. A snack bar is located on the first floor and
a gift store with candy bars and chips is right across from it.
The Tuscany has permitted two small food events to occur on Saturday and Sunday afternoon
that can comply with the aforementioned regulations. Check the daily newsletter
for times and menu.

Overtime Lounge
It's Tuesday, but we're still around for a little bit...
The hospitality suite becomes the Overtime Lounge on Tuesday, the day after the event
officially ends. This is designed for those who are staying a little longer in Las Vegas and wish to have a meeting place to
socialize.

ABC Annual Board Meeting
This is the event where the national committee of the Affiliated Big Men's Club
(ABC)
meets and discusses any old and new business, goals, as well as their annual election
of ABC officers.
Space permitting anyone interested can attend and observe, but the only representatives of
each member club have voting
rights and voice in the discussions.
The ABC Board, in this annual meeting, also determines which club or organization has the right to take and use
the name "Convergence" each year over Labor Day and coordinates and runs a future year's Convergence event. The meeting will be held
in the Tuscany's Board Room.

Registration
Check-in when you arrive!
The registration desk will be available for all guests
to check-in for the event, collect their welcome package, and get their personalized
event badge. The badge will be required to access and participate on any of the event activities
and excursions. All guests who have pre-registered will need to check in with the registration staff upon arrival.
Aside from the check-in process, the staff at the registration desk will also be
there to assist you with excursions, upgrades, schedules, and other issues related
to your event package (pending availability).
IMPORTANT:
Please note that is is very important that you upload your photo and complete
your Event Profile online before the
August 25th deadline. After this deadline, any changes that will require a
re-issue of your event badge (i.e., photo change), will incurr a $20 processing
fee.

across from the hospitality suite and vendor hall space (Tuscany and Siena Rooms).
